Tech Tidbits
The end of the semester means it is time to return or renew your PCC laptop. If you will not be taking classes in Spring 2023, or if you have not yet enrolled in Spring 2023, your laptop must be returned to a campus library by December 19. If you are already enrolled in Spring classes, you can renew your laptop by bringing it to your campus library for an inventory check and renewal. You may be eligible to renew your laptop remotely--check with us via phone or LibChat for more information.
Are you looking for a book, DVD, or magazine that the library doesn't have? Are we missing the newest title by your favorite author? Recommend an item for us to purchase! You can use the form linked in our FAQ here: https://libanswers.pima.edu/faq/329223 to recommend items for your PCC library to buy. Keep in mind, requests will be reviewed by PCC librarians to determine the relevance and cost of the materials. If your items are selected, purchases take time to be ordered, processed, and added to the library collection. If you provide us with your contact information, we will even notify you when the item is ready for check out!
Holiday Hours start on Tuesday December 20th and are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m
The college and library are closed the following days:
Saturday December 24th to January 2nd and will reopen with Intersession (Holiday) hours on January 3rd until the spring semester starts on January 19th.
Tech Corner will be closed during the holidays and Intersession hours, but will reopen when spring semester begins.
