Opt-in to Save Your Reading History

There's a new feature built into the Library's system that allows you to decide if you'd like to keep track of items you've borrowed from the Library. You can activate this feature from the My Account section of the Library Catalog OR  by logging in using the Library Card icon at the top of your MegaSearch results pages.

Morgan - East Campus Library

I wish more people knew that the library is more than just books. (Frog made in the East Campus Makerspace)

Anaya-Desert Vista Campus Library

"I think people often think the library only offers academic material but we actually offer much more. Our book and movie collection is pretty up to date with what's new and popular and we also have a lot of board games for people looking for something entertaining."

Briana-Desert Vista Campus Library

"What I wish people knew about the library is how peaceful it is and that you can get lost in your own world reading a book or doing your homework while listening to your music. A calm environment that brings peace and safeness to all students."

Abby-Downtown Campus Library

I wish that people knew that all the staff at the library are friendly and have kind customers- service.

Arfan-Downtown Campus Library

"Our library isn't just a place to store books—it's about how those books are managed, recommended, and shared with students by our dedicated team of librarians and technicians. I only wish more students understood that the library is a welcoming space for everyone, no matter their background."

Nahum-Downtown Campus Library

I wish that people knew that you can check out anything from a book to a computer if you are a student! As well as calculators, chargers, bike locks, headphones and more!

Dylan East Campus Library

Working at the Library is way more fun and rewarding than some may think! :)

Sagan-East Campus Library

I wish people knew how much the library offers to students. Many people are still shocked to find out that we offer culture passes which give you two general admission tickets to a place we provide (Reid Park Zoo, Tucson Botanical Gardens, etc.) We also provide DVD players for students to check out for a few weeks to enjoy some shows and movies. These are only a couple examples and there is so much more I could mention. All in all, the library provides so much for students to help them succeed, and also have fun.

Trinda-East Campus Library

I wish people knew that there is so much to do in the Library, from quiet study areas, to sitting and watching a movie for a bit. And there are tons of outlets to charge all of your devices! Come hang out at the library!

Marina-East Campus Library

I wish people knew that the library is so much more than just a place to read and check out books. While I used to think that’s all it was back then, I have since realized that the library is a valuable resource for gaining knowledge, receiving academic support, and assistance. Beyond books, it offers a variety of services that benefit students, staff, and the public, such as computers, hotspots, iPads, calculators, chargers, and study spaces. It also provides a range of other resources, such as DVDs, cultural passes, and even games. Overall, the library is a welcoming place where everyone is valued and supported.

Grace-Northwest Campus Libary

After working in the library for the past year, something I wish people knew about the library is the abundance of  resources and support it offers. As a student worker, I have gotten to see both perspectives as a worker and a student, and from the student perspective many people don’t realize how many resources the library has. Starting from books, study rooms and pods, computers, and multiple course supplies, many students don’t realize that it is available to them. Course supplies range from lab goggles, course books, calculators and much more. There are also displays that can cater to certain interests students may have like romance novels, sci-fi, or books on  representative months. I hope that people realize that the library is not only a space to read or study, but also a place to destress. Pima campuses offer small activity corners for students to de-stress with puzzles, word searches, and more. Overall, I hope students realize that the libraries offer great resources to all students and it is a great space to relax or work on academic assignments.

Ana-West Campus Library

We do lots of activities and events for students to enjoy their time.

Ish-West Campus Library

I wish people knew we have great books, magazines, movies, games and events. Also if you need quiet time to study, get ready for a big exam, get homework done, we have lots of study rooms with white boards, tvs and more. We also like to do fun weekly questions to get students more involved, and have fun displays.

Vicky-West Campus Library

One thing I wished people knew about the library is the vast selection of graphic novels that we have! If there is a series that you want to read but it's at a different campus, you can simply request for it to be put on hold at the campus of your choice! My personal recommendation is Saturn Apartments at West Campus :)
