Use LibCal to Reserve a Study Room or Pod

You can book a study room at East, Downtown, Northwest, or West campus using LibCal!

Go to the PCC LibCal website: https://pima.libcal.com/allspaces

Select the library location where you'd like to book a study space.
Select the date you'd like to reserve.
- Pick a room with availability that works for you. Keep in mind the room's capacity and amenities.
Submit your time. Fill out the form that pops up (you'll need your PCC email address and PCC A number).
- Wait for confirmation. Keep the confirmation email and arrive on time. If you are 10 or more minutes late, we can't guarantee your reservation will be held. Please be sure to check in when you arrive if there are QR codes posted in the space you’ve reserved.

Some things to keep in mind:

You can reserve up to 2 blocks of study time (4 total hours) per day.
Because the study rooms and pods are popular, you can't sign up for a whole semester's worth of reservations all at once--everyone needs a fair shot at reserving spaces. You can make only 2 bookings per day and rooms become reservable just 30 days ahead of time (in other words you can't reserve November dates until we're into October.)

If you make a booking and then realize you don't need the space, please cancel your booking to free it up for another student.

Makerspace Events

Want to find out what the East Campus Makerspace has to offer?! They will be hosting an Open House on Thursday August 31st from 12:00pm to 4:30pm. Drop in when you can during those times to learn all about what the Makerspace is all about. The Makerspace offers 3D Printing, Resin Printing, Laser Cutting, Cricuts, and more! Check out their website to learn more about the equipment available to students, staff and faculty!

Have you ever wanted to learn all about 3D Printing? Join the expert Makerspace technicians to explore what 3D printing is all about in their new workshop, "Intro to 3D Printing with Filament!" The workshop will be held on Tuesday September 12th, 12:00pm - 1:30pm.

Library Summer Reading Program EXTENDED!!

Didn't get to finish your game card for "The Summer Reading Program"?! No worries, the reading program has been extended to September 15th!! So read that last book or binge read to finish a game card, and still claim a prize at the library's front desk & be entered into the Grand Prize drawing.

The Summer Reading Program is available for students, faculty & staff to participate in. Please share with any students you think might be interested. Have questions?! Just ask at any campus Library. Happy Reading!
