Keith has been an academic librarian since 2006. He holds degrees from Arizona State University (BS), the University of Arizona (MLS) and two M.Ed degrees from Northern Arizona University. He has taught at the UA, Washburn University, Pima CC, and Emporia State University.

Keith Rocci is the Library Department Head for the Distance Education Library and a Distance Education Librarian. Keith works with online faculty and instructional designers to deliver library materials and services to online students. Keith works primarily with writing and student success courses offered online. Keith is embedded in online classes and teaches face-to-face and online courses every semester. His office is located in the Northwest Campus Library, G231.
Rosanne Couston is a Distance Education Librarian working with the Distance Education Library. Rosanne works primarily with Social Sciences classes--Anthropology, Economics, History, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology. Rosanne can be reached at rcouston@pima.edu. Rosanne (rosielibrarian) has been with PCC since 2009, where she was a librarian at the West Campus before becoming a Distance Education Librarian in 2019. She works primarily with online students now, so you can find her in her office at the Northwest Campus, Room G235. You can also contact her at rcouston@pima.edu or by phone at 520.206.2252. She holds both her degrees from the University of Arizona (BFA in Theatre and MA in Library & Information Science). Over the years she's performed in many local community theatre productions.
