- The StoryGraph's Genre challengeFor 2023, we've come up with 10 brand new genre-based prompts to hopefully do the same again! Last year we introduced a fifty-fifty split between fiction and nonfiction books and we're doing the same this year. We want to get the mainly fiction readers trying out some nonfiction and the mainly nonfiction readers delving into some fiction! Happy reading!
- The Free Black Women's Library Reading Challenge/2021The goal is to read 25 books by Black women or Black non-binary authors by Dec. 31. Readers of all ages are welcome to choose books from the following categories, and use this spreadsheet to track your reads.

Welcome to Pima's guide to Reading Challenges! This guide showcases a selection of some great reading challenges. Each tab will highlight specific challenges and guide you to books that are available here at our campus libraries within Pima. All of these challenges are a great way to broaden and expand your perspective by reading books by authors of different cultures and color.
The tabs above highlight specific challenges including some from 2022 and 2021. Books are all linked to their catalog records within Pima Community College Campus Libraries, so just click the links to request any books you are interested in. Each challenge has a tracker linked within their tab so you can keep track of your progress on the challenge.
