Library Returns

Return Library items to book return boxes located outside, near main entrances, on Northwest, Desert Vista, East, West and Downtown Campuses. Campus libraries remain closed. Please be aware that items dropped off in book return boxes will remain on your account for several business days as they are quarantined for staff health and safety. After the quarantine period, items will be checked in and removed from your account. 

THERE ARE NO FINES OR CHARGES BEING APPLIED AT THIS TIME.

 

Online Request and Curbside Pickup (including technology)

The PCC Library is now offering checkout of laptops, tablets, books and DVDs in our collections. Curbside pick up of requested items is available at West Campus. Please see the Curbside Pick Up tab above for details on how to use the service. Items must be reserved online and a pick up time scheduled. Campus Library locations remain closed.                      

 

Tech Support

If you need help with your PCC device please call the IT Service Desk at (520) 206-4900. Service Desk hours are:

  • Monday-Thursday: 7am-7:30pm 
  • Friday: 7am - 5pm.
  • Saturday: 8am - 2pm 

If you need general technical support the MyPima Helpdesk provides assistance with MyPima logins, access to D2L and more. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

Online Access Issues- Security/ Privacy Error

Some faculty and students have been experiencing Privacy/ Security Error messages that prevent them from accessing some of our Library resources. If you encounter a Privacy/Security Error, one of the following workarounds may help alleviate the problem while we continue to look for a global fix:
 

  1. Clear your browser's cache (in Chrome, use the 3 dots in the upper-right corner, select "More Tools" and "Clear Browsing Data". You may also want to try clearing your "Cached Images and Files")
  2. Try using a browser other than Chrome to access the resources (e.g. Firefox, Safari, etc.)
  3. Use your Chrome browser in "incognito mode" (ctrl+shift+N)
