SSE 110 - Journal Research Article (PimaOnline): Smaller Search

You may decide to locate a social welfare/social work journal first, then find an article in it.  If so, follow the steps below.

How to Locate Social Work Journals:

Step 1: Click on the "SOCIAL WORK JOURNALS" link below.

Step 2: An alphabetical list of the journal titles will appear in blue text.

Step 3: Browse through the list of journal titles by scrolling down.  If you know the name of a journal, type it into the white search box at the top of the screen.

Step 4: Begin searching by typing your keywords into the search box that says "Search within Publication".

It can be confusing, so don't hesitate to ask for help!

The "Clinical Social Work Journal" (pictured below) is just one example of a journal related to social services, social welfare and social work.

A partial list of other journals related to this field is below.  You can locate other journals by looking at the box above and clicking on the link for SOCIAL WORK JOURNALS.

Once you've clicked on the title of a journal, there will be a box that says "Search within Publication" and you can enter your search words there.
