LIU Brooklyn Learning Communities

A learning community is a group of students who share common goals and work collaboratively in some of their required courses with one or more professors. The LIU Brooklyn Learning Community program gives support to motivated students who want to enhance their core curriculum education through thematic, linked First Year Learning Communities or peer-assisted Collaborative Learning Communities. Students who participate in these programs enjoy academic advantages as well as leadership and internship opportunities on and off campus.
