Streaming and DVD Movies & Documentaries

The library's video databases are listed below.  Click on the Video and Film Resources guide to see more information on how to use these databases.  When accessing the videos from off campus, you will be asked to input your MyPima username and password. Please reach out to your librarian if you need additional help!

Films on Demand

The following titles are a sampling of Engineering videos available through the Films on Demand streaming database.  (NOTE: Viewers must be faculty, staff or students in order to view them off-campus.)

Kanopy

Kanopy is a great video streaming service for quality, thoughtful entertainment. Find movies, documentaries, foreign films, independent films and more.

AVON

Academic Video Online (AVON) is a comprehensive video subscription, spanning a wide range of subject areas and publishers, and currated specifically for the educational experience.  Browse AVON's catalog of more than 81,000 videos!

Swank Streaming Media

SWANK Digital Campus is another movie database option to stream some of your favorite films.

Instructions for Streaming Videos from PCC Library

If you do not use the links provided in the boxes below, please use these instructions to locate any of these videos.

On campus, visit the Library homepage.  Off campus log in to MyPima and click on the Library tab.

  1. Click on MEGASearch.
  2. In the white search box, type the name of the film and click Enter.
  3. The video should be the first in the list of results.  Click on Online Access.
  4. Click on the Play button to view the video.
