Continue your research by finding books (videos, DVDs, etc.) about your topic.

Search the Library Catalog

   

 

Tips for searching the catalog:

  • try using simple keywords related to your topic, such as "women veterans".
  • to locate information on a political, cultural, or social issue try keywords associated with the topic - "women vote", "women and science", etc.

AVOID typing in long phrases. (See what happens when you type in "Why should we have universal health care in the United States?")

HELPFUL HINT:  Narrow your search to only e-books by clicking Modify Search.  Look for a box called "Material Type" and select E-BOOK (see below)
