This guide assists students in finding information resources for researching Theatre.

Research Your Play and Playwright

Search the PCC Library Catalog for your Playwright

Search the Library Catalog to find books, eBooks, DVDs & streaming video.

Tips for seaching the catalog:

  • Use simple words, for example only the playwright's last name
  • Find only ebooks clicking the Modify Search button, and under Format select ebooks
  • Request items from any campus by clicking the Request This Item button.

Research Your Play

Begin research by seeking general background information about your topic using reference resources.  Some print reference resources are available in the library.  Other reference resources are available electronically and can be accessed away from campus.  This page guides you with both types of reference resources.
