Pima County One-Stop opened the Kino Veterans Workforce Center in 2012 to provide needed support services for veterans and to help them find jobs, get training and access benefits.

Offers confidential help for Veterans, service members, and their families at no cost in a non-medical setting.

The Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services (ADVS) provides direct services to Veterans through the administration of 50+ professional benefit counselors located throughout the state - helping Veterans connect with their VA benefits, two skilled-nursing Veterans' Home facilities in Phoenix and Tucson provide short and long-term care (with new homes in Flagstaff and Yuma), and three Arizona Veterans' Memorial Cemeteries: in Sierra Vista, Camp Navajo near Flagstaff, and in Marana north of Tucson.

Local military recruiting offices serve as the primary point of contact for individuals interested in joining the armed forces. They provide information on enlistment options, career paths, and benefits, while also guiding applicants through the recruitment process. These offices are staffed by military personnel who can answer questions and offer personalized advice based on each recruit's goals and qualifications.
