If you are unable to make your appointment please contact the library at 520-206-3054 so we can reschedule.
Failure to make your appointment will result in items being returned to their home campuses, following quarantine procedures. To obtain those items again, you would need to start the process all over again.
Use the Anklam road entrance and follow to the round about (highlighted in yellow)
Plan on several days from the point of request to pick up. If your item is already at the campus where you will pick it up, we just need to pull it from the shelf, and send you the instructions to schedule your pick up. If you're requesting an item from one of the other campuses, please be patient. Delivery of items between campuses is still limited to once per week and so it may take several extra days for us to get back to you. If you're requesting an item that is already checked out and/or that has other holds placed before yours, there will also be a wait as requests are first come, first served.
STOP! Have you received an email notice from us asking you to schedule your pick up? If not, wait. Don't schedule your pick up until you get the email notice that your item is ready.
Once you've requested your item(s) from the library catalog and you've received the email from us asking you to schedule a day and time block, you're ready to complete one of the following forms. Please allow for 1 business days advance notice, prior to scheduling your pick up.
