Article Database Features & Tips
Database Content: Databases contain biographies, content overviews, and works of literary criticism.
Database Tools: You can print, email, and save articles from databases.
Citations: Many of the library databases include MLA citations. If you use an article from a database, you can simply copy the MLA citation into your Works Cited page! (Although you should always look them over to make sure they are correct.)

Databases
You can use literature databases to find criticism, biographies, and journal articles.
When accessing the databases from off campus, you will be asked to input your MyPima username and password.
Literature Databases:
- Literature Resource Center This link opens in a new windowOnline literature database with critical, biographical and contextual essays. (Use the "Advanced Search" feature with the "Browse" function!)
- Literary Reference Center Plus This link opens in a new windowFull text criticism. Plot summaries. Biographies. Some full text literary works. (Tip: Use the "Advanced Search" feature but leave the "Select a Field" option at the default setting.)
